Rupaul Cross Stitch Animation Workshop

As part of Aubrey Longley-Cook's Rupaul Cross Stitch Animation Workshop, I stitched frame 7 of a GIF from the video for “Supermodel.”

The project—and the resulting GIF—was part of "Serving Face" at Barbara Archer Gallery and “Queer Threads: Crafting Identity and Community” at the Leslie Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art in New York City. It was also featured in the Huffington Post, Creative Loafing, BURNAWAY, and the book “Queer Threads: Crafting Identity and Community.”
